| While my wife and I were content the first few months, we have since grown tired of the broken elevator, constant power outages, bugs, and strange smells in the hallway. The security featurs of the building are constantly broken.Management knows because they offer a $1,000 reward for information about individuals caught who disable the door locks.But they don't seem interested enough to actually fix the card readers or pull the pennies shoved into the door locks. Don't dare forget to display your parking sticker.The complex has a deal cut with a local towing company who makes sweeps through the parking lot in the wee hours of the morning. The free shuttle to the metro stop is nice and the little store is handy.Location wise, your close to 395 if you drive into DC and there are shops close by (Safeway stocks lots of bug killer). Living here is a cultural sort of experience.Not all bad, but I don't care where you hail from, music blaring at anytime of the day is still nothing more than loud music. |
