Apartment Review for Archstone Newport Village - Alexandria, VA

I have been living at my apartment for one year and 2 months and I have had 20 service calls and about another 10-15 that are not on record. Not one person that is SO called a MANAGER take responsibility for anything.. I've had Mold in my apartment 3 times Onces in the HVAC, Bathroom, Washroom which has been fixed do to nasty emails.You would think they would make sure your health is first on the list NO not at Archstone. I have called 3-6 times a day trying to get a hold Lutskus, Bethany, and (Jeff) which no long works at this property.. I have sent email upon email to everyone that I can find that is a so called manager for Archstone and no one seems to care about the renter. I have with held my rent and Placed it in a escrows account until all repairs are fix and my wife and I are comp for all the time we have been dealing with these issue. I would think twice before moving in or second that drive by and keep driven because all that will happen is HEADACHE's.. I have also contacted a Lawyer that is looking into all the issue that we have been through and I hope he nail them to the wall or Archstone resolves our issue... the only people that helped us are Steve and David which are part of the maintenance group other then that the front Office staff is a joke... Hello guys After posting this on Aprtmentratings.com I received a call from Bethany asking me to call back and would like to talk about my post on the website.. It seems the only way Archstone calls back or responds to anything is when you write negative email of Posting on website that reflect their wholesome image which we all know that not true... When I did call back I missed getting a hold of Bethany do to she already left for the day. I asked the front office if their will be a Manager be in tomorrow morning and I was told yes, Now it's today at 9:32 AM and I was at the front door of the office at 9:15 AM, a young woman unlocked the door and said hello and I asked for La-mond and I was told that he will not be in today and I was about two seconds from flipping out but i bit my tongue and explain that I spoke with someone yesterday and I made sure a manager would be in and I was told yes I proceeded to ask what time 9:00 AM, the reply was yes, I reply since no one is going to be in I guess again I will have to waste my time and come in Monday and hase this out. Advice if you want something done right write a email to Bethany if you don't get a reply Come here and make a new post. I will have a update for everyone... I think we should all get together and all go at once and make a formal complaint to Archstone Corp office in Arlington VA.. Please let me know what you all think. the Man beating down Archstone DOOR
