I recently moved out and the management made up some "stains on the carpet" and charged me $150 dollars. As I told them repeatedly, the carpeting was in better shape when I moved out than when I moved in and I know there were no stains where they claimed. If you already live there, insist on a walk-through when you move out. If you don't already live there, look elsewhere.  Need to rent an apartment?
