Apartment Review for Archstone Newport Village - Alexandria, VA

Well I just moved in and the past month has been great. I love my apartment (its a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment) that has been renovated and only costs $1200 a month. I also have a washer and dryer in the unit.

My neighbors are friendly and so far there has been no huge noise issues.

I had some maintennance problems when I first moved in but they were fixed quickly in a timely manner.

I know some people dont like the management staff but so far they have been helpful to me and very friendly.

About the parking situation, I dont have a car so I have no complaints about the guest parking policy (also on the weekends there is no towing so if you have guests spend the night you are fine).
