Apartment Review for Archstone Newport Village - Alexandria, VA

we have complained over and over again about our washer dreyer and our dishwasher and the dishwasher thing was rediculous, the only way that something was done was after i sent an e-mail to the corporate people about the dishwasher not working at all it was rediculous and the ant problem last year was rediculous we had them come in to spray some bug thing once a week and that made no difference at all, i was finding them in my bed in the end it was rediculous, and they won't send anyone untill the bug guy comes to the complex and that was once a week it drove me nuts! I ended up having to buy ant traps myself i was so MAD! Basically this place needs to be torn down and rebuilt! We recently had a shelf we had on the wall fall down due to water in the walls coming down from the cealing that we did not notice was happening this place is just rediculous. The maintenance people that get sent out to reveiw the problems have no clue and most of them do not speak a lick of english ( we do not all speak Spanish ). So basically DO NOT MOVE IN! Can't wait to leave!
