Apartment Review for Archstone At Park Center - Alexandria, VA

This was probably posted by someone who works for Crescent Heights. The "mgmt" officials at Palazzo are not friendly and they could care less about your living experience. Their sole purpose is to sell these condos. People, why spend $279,000 for 745 sq feet? The fire alarm constantly goes off; there is no security and your car, although in a garage, is prey for anyone who walks/rides or strolls in. People who work in the surrounding areas park in this garage. The knobs on the kitchen cabinets keep falling off. You can hear noise outside of the condo from neighbors. I recently heard my neighbor sneeze! Puhleeze. This building will fall apart within the next 2 years so buyers beware.
