Apartment Review for Archstone At Park Center - Alexandria, VA

This website is a joke.. don't take my word for it! Look at the reviews of all the apartments. If you have one rating, it's usually a good rating. --- probably by the apartment management, right? Then look at any apartment with more than 2 ratings... they ALL sound like death traps. You setup a website which asks people to complain, and what do they do? They complain. Who's motivated to come to this site and post comments? People pissed off about something. Maybe they were stared at funny by other residents there for hanging carpets and laundry all over their balconies.. maybe they lit their patio on fire by BBQ'ing there.. maybe they wet their bed and stained the carpet and lost a part of their security deposit.. maybe they were just abused as a kid. Whatever their reason, according to this website's posts, you should just go live in a cave.. apparently, no apartment with a statistically adequate sampling of posts is worth living in! To be fair, maybe getting ANY post at all means that there are things to complain about, and even that's useful.. But in the case of the Archstone at Park Ctr (now Palazzo at Park Ctr), the MOTIVE for people complaining may at least partially be based on being forced to move out post-conversion to condos. No? Don't kid yourself.
