Apartment Review for Belle Haven Towers - Alexandria, VA

I moved in this past August and after 2 treatments at my apartment, it's still a roach motel! I never had roaches before and it's very disturbing to deal with this. The policies aren't the same for every tenant. Sometimes you can paint and hang stuff other times you can't. No hot water in washers. The temp. may be at most, 100 degrees. They can't calculate rent. Every month you'll get a notice saying that you're short on rent - gotta send a note back with the front page of lease to remind them what you're rent is. There was a rape on the trail to the Metro. Don't come home past 9pm - you'll park down next to the highway about an 1/8 mile away.. I'm looking to move now!!!
