Apartment Review for Belle Haven Towers - Alexandria, VA

I have lived in the 6034 building from Sept 2002 to present. My boyfriend and I share a 1 Bedroom. It is very big and reasonably priced ($900 - all util. incl.). There is a laundry room on each floor. You can walk to the Huntington metro (10 min walk). There is plenty of parking. It is quiet. I have never had any problems - everything works ok and I haven't seen any roaches or anything. I have heard that the other buildings besides 6034 have roach problems. The main reason I am considering moving is to be in a more exciting neighborhood.
