Apartment Review for Belle Haven Towers - Alexandria, VA

I liked the apartment very much. It's a great location, one of the best price/size ratios in the DC area, and a nice, clean complex. It gets frustrating each year when the management won't turn on the air conditioner before a scheduled date and the apartments are boiling from high outside temperatures, but that's been my biggest complaint. I'm looking to move now because I've been in the same apartment four years and would like to find new surroundings and a balconu [I live in the one building without balconies].
