Apartment Review for Carlyle Place - Alexandria, VA

I had a cleaning lady go through my apartment and clean everything when I left. There were two small, I mean quarter size spots on my carpet, which could have easily been rubbed out. They were not ink or red wine. Just small dirt spots. During check out the office employee said the carpet would be shampooed, and we agreed it would come out easily. Wrong -- I was charged $200 for something I could have used Resolve on an cleaned in 2 minutes.
