Where to begin...the parking lot is usually full by 9 at night... the buildings are infested with cockroaches and the management refuses to exterminate...walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do...you have no control over the heat in the winter and the apartment is usually too hot or too cold...the managers are cruel and indifferent...you have no rights as a renter there...the floors have caked on paint, very messy...
