Apartment Review for Crestview Commons - Alexandria, VA

I am very dissatisfied living at the fields of landmark,the buildings need to be gutted and renovated to get rid of the roaches. There are about five different kinds of roaches I believe that they multiply when they exterminate. The apartments need to be updated, they could at least put vanities in the bathrooms. I once rented out apartments from my homes, and understand that landlords use less expensive products and material when dealing with rental properties. I feel that they should spend a little more , then maybe their residents would feel better about the money they are paying out to live there. For the amount of rent that is charged KSI needs to keep up with surrounding apartments. When they repaved the parking lot that just consists of repainting the lines wow! The entrances are not secure when you open your door anyone could be standing there.
