Ex maintenence man has keys to apts and helps himself to your personal property. Very slow maintenence and they don't let you know when they will be in your apt or leave you a maintenence note. Several resident alcoholic and drug users ruin it for the rest of the folk here who are basically quiet people  Need to rent an apartment?
