Apartment Review for Eos-21 - Alexandria, VA

This is really as not as bad as it sounds, its much much worse! The roaches are about the size of small dogs, and no matter how many times they "spray" your apartment down they'll always be there. Since i have lived here (1 year) we have gotten numerous notes on our door from management saying that there have been armed robberies within EOS and to be cautious because it is not their responsibility to protect us. The "locked doors" to enter the building are out of order 90% of the time. The newly installed laundry rooms SUCK and are broken ever other day. The elevators have been under "renovation" for over half of our time here. The hallways smell like a sewer in downtown DC. The parking is made for micro machines cars, and since no one drives a micro machine everyone takes up 2 spaces which leaves nothing left except for spots 2.5 miles away from the building that you live in. Lastly, it is gravely over-priced. I would never live in this place again even if someone paid me to.
