Apartment Review for Eos-21 - Alexandria, VA

Very well kept! Many renovations going on. Plenty of space. Child-friendly. Day Care and convenience store on-site. Staff is *okay*. Not enough visitor parking spots. Needs more lighting around the outskirts of the parking areas.

i can only speak for myself but i've lived here for 9 months now and my apt is GREAT!!! i live in the M building and have seen 2 ants and one beetle in the time i've lived here, NOT ONE SINGLE ROACH (dead or alive) and NO RATS!!! crime happens everywhere (random and not-so-random [e.g. domestic violence]) including here but you have to be aware of your surroundings. people prop the exterior doors open but you cant control that (people sabotage the gates in a gated community...)!!!! VERY spacious, a great rate for the money. utilities included. also maintenance is very efficient. have only called twice and once the guy came within 30 minutes! parking may be an issue for visitors or at late hours (after midnight) but there's 20 buildings. what do you expect?
