Management are bumbling fools and give you a hard time all of the time, even about the simplest things and love to inconvenience you (eg, move your car for work to be donein parking lot or they will tow and fine you) and love to find "violations" so they can make a fee. They let a leak in the common hallway go for weeks until there was a pool of moldy water outside my door -- they would not fix so VA Code Enforcement was called and only then did they do something about it.

"Free" shuttle to the metro is overcrowded at peak times and the driver wont let you stand, so you have to wait 20 minutes for the next shuttle, walk or take the DASH bus.
