Apartment Review for Eos-21 - Alexandria, VA

I moved here two momths ago. After I saw the apartment I rented it. I used to live two blocks away at Windsor @ Arbors and left there after the rent went up over $2100. Here at EOS I have been very pleased. I have not seen ANY bugs. The elevator was broken once for 24 hrs. When i have needed maintenance in the unit, the work was done the next day. It is very quiet here. After reading all the reviews from the past several years I was very upset with mself that I hadn't checked the reviews. So, when i got here I really looked at everything and I didn't find any of the horror stories that I had read in the reviews. The common areas (hallways, etc) are always very clean and the fact that I do not pay for utilities is a huge plus. I would recommend this place to others. I can see that parking inside the unit could be an issue but I live in a building on the outside perimeter. I come home at all hours of the night and in two months I only once didn't get a parking spot in the first two rows outside of my building. I hope that this all continues!
