Apartment Review for Eos-21 - Alexandria, VA

I have lived here for close to 5 years now. In the first couple of years, I had little to no problems. The office staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and very accommodating to residents needs. My apartment was bug-free and well-kept. About a year or so ago, things went significantly downhill. The resident services staff is rude and unhelpful. When I call in for maintenance, the staff does not enter the call into their system. (I have talked to the maintenance staff... the only good thing here... and they have never received info from resident services that I called.) Parking is almost impossible, especially as the evening goes on. The onsite washers and dryers are always broken. The "secured" doors are never working. The dry cleaning business has left the premises (although they still advertise that it exists). I am just counting down the days until I can leave. It may seem like a good value, but if it is too good to be true, it probably is.
