Apartment Review for Eos Twenty-One - Alexandria, VA

There are too many complaints to even begin, name a problem and we have faced it. We will never rent from this company again. Just a summary of what we have faced: mold, roaches, spiders, either freezing cold or scalding hot showers- no median, robberies, muggings, car break ins, terrible customer service with bad attitudes, can not control your apt temp- our cold air has not cut off in 3 days now and our apt is below 70 degrees; was told it is because the temp outside is in the 60's..what sense does that make? only allowed 2 visitors a month...how do they have the right to control the number of people you have come visit you? much, much more!
