Foxchase could be a decent place to live, if not for the section 8/low income residents. They are noisy, inconsiderate, and throw trash everywhere. Forget about sleeping with your window open when the weather's nice; you'll be up all night. If you're looking for an apartment, I recommend you stay away from those complexes that have alloted apartments to section 8 residents. I can't wait to leave.  Need to rent an apartment?
