Foxchase is overall a very good place. Rent is lower than most, the people are decent, parking is no problem just as long as you don't stay out til 2am, maitenance is ok, crime is no problem, and it's not a high rise building. The only bad points I've noticed are the buildings are a bit old so you will have to deal with a few bugs and the apartment is getting to be a bit small for me and my boyfriend. But I would definitely recommend Foxchase, I'm even looking at the 2 br to upgrade to =)  Need to rent an apartment?
