Ladies stay away I just called the cops for my third peeping tom, I'm moving and teh cops said this happens often in this area, i steh price worth it---peeping toms lead to rape--work a night shift job to afford a high rise and door man your safety is not worth a few extra bucks.  Need to rent an apartment?
