Apartment Review for Foxchase Of Alexandria - Alexandria, VA

Just recently, my boyfriends car was broken into, everything was stolen, along with 4 other cars just on my block. The heating that goes to both the 1st & 2nd floor is horrible, so is the AC. It is never a comfortable temperature. The management is sneaky and just recently charged me a late fee only after returning my check to me on the 4th, when the rent is due no later than the 5th. I called them every day for 7 days and never received a return phone call from them. They will steel your money and wont return your calls if you have questions. One of the managers is so rude and unkind. I explained to her what happened and she bluntly said she didnt care and it didnt matter.
