Apartment Review for Foxchase Of Alexandria - Alexandria, VA

I have lived here for almost a month and I have to warn you: do not be fooled by the pictures and promises. This place is terribly run. Management will tell you one thing and then do another. They will very readily acknowledge that they are going against their original statements and let you know in no uncertain terms that they do not have an ounce of integrity or care about resident happiness. Money is their bottom line and they will lie and deceive if they have to. They are a great example of everything that is wrong with property managers and their owning company AIMCO is no better. After week after week of mistakes that everyone agrees is their own fault I decided that I wanted out of my lease early because I am so unhappy with the incompetency of the property management staff. They said gladly but you will have to pay two more months of rent + a fee for breaking your lease early. My lease is up in three months as it is! They admit that this entire mess is their fault completely and want me to pay??! Stay away from this terribly managed property full of incompetent, uncaring staff members.
