The leasing staff treats you nicely up until you sign your contract. Two weeks after i moved in my TIRES WERE STOLEN. Then my car as a resident has been towed five times! WITH THE PERMIT TAG ON IT STILL! when I called to complaint Julian the admin simply said it wasn't their problem. On Christmas Eve 911 had to be called as the neighbors were sreaming a windows were being broken. in short the staff is rude, the act as if they don't want your business, the parking is terrible guests can only park in the guest spaces twice every three or six months not 48 hrs like the sings advertise. I learned the latter when my friend who had been helping me on a project came to my place for the fifth time in a row and had been parking on the visitor space for no more the two hours at a time. When his car was towed the towing compnany said it was a two-day consecuative minumum and that they kept a log that was ramdomly done.of course when I called to complaint, they said it wasn't their problem. I HATE THE PLACE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
