Apartment Review for Kings Gardens Apartments - Alexandria, VA

Also thought Kings Gardens Apts in Alex., VA was a great place to live. Maintenance were handled timely, outside appearance was great. Until a roof leak and I requested quick repairs. After consistent years of yearly renewals, finally denied yearly renewal and only offered month-to-month after demands to fix roof leak and clean carpet due to roof leaks has since learn other tenants had the same problems with roof leakings. Now in landlord/tennat office and manager onsite has yet to speak with me to try and handle situation personally! OUTSIDE APPEARANCE GREAT!
