The neighborhood is unsafe, there is never enough parking, and the management staff is awful! They are constantly hiring and firing people, so you'll never get to deal with the same person twice. And please do not make the same mistake I did - if you move out, even if you give them your forwarding address, CALL THEM to make sure you don't owe any money from cleaning or anything. They will not contact you, they will send your account (however small it may be) directly to collections and then you'll have to deal with the bad credit score. The current manager there is impossible to deal with. When I tried to discuss my collections account with her, she called me a "rude bitch" and refused to fix my credit even though she broke the law by not informing me of my debt with them. If you live there now, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and read up on the Virginia Landlord-Tenant Act. They are guaranteed to break at least one law and then they'll try to convince you that they're not responsible. I moved out six months ago and I'm still dealing with the problems they've caused me.
