Apartment Review for Meadow Woods Apts. - Alexandria, VA

They're awful. Mgmt sucks. Property Manager NEVER once returned any of my calls in the almost 4 years we've lived there.

They lost our rent check at least 2 or 3 times and had the nerve to TRY and charge late fees. They hire extremely incompetent people for the management office. Not at all easy to deal with.

Roaches are disgusting. They are NEVER ending - even when you call for extra pest control services. We pay a lot more rent where we are now, but the apartment is much nicer, much safer, and mgmt staff is MUCH better to deal with.

My husband's car windows were broken TWICE in two months. Safety is a real issue there.

STAY AWAY!!! I would never, EVER recommend this place to anyone or any other place operated by Scott Mgmt.
