Apartment Review for Millbrook At Mark Center - Alexandria, VA

Overpriced for the condition of the apartments, i.e. broken appliances, worn carpets, and, chipped counter tops.

The air conditioner in the apt I live in has been filled with so much Freon that the EPA should be notified. This has been an on going problem that 20 visits by maintenance and the supervisor cannot seem to resolve.

Neighbors can be very loud and inconsiderate as they have conversations in the hall right outside your door.

Security Gates seem to be stuck open more than they are closed. The security patrol person can be found polishing the patrol car in the school parking lot or asleep in the parking lot of Clydes.

Pool and Gym are used by the other apt communities connected to Millbrook.

If you want a good parking it has to be paid for. But be aware that even in the paid parking areas your neighbors will scratch and dent your new vehicle or park in your space.

Storage units are expensive, small, and not very secure.

The new management is the same as the old management, they do not care. It is very apparent that it is, only a job, type management. Do not expect big things.

On a personal note, I do not think this is a good way to treat tenants who, are very quiet and, pay the rent on time, unless they do not want to keep them.
