Millbrook Management forbids flying of American Fl

Millbook Management has sent notices to apartment renters - including all US Military personnel - that forbids them from flying the American Flag from their balconies on any day to include national holidays. Those renters flying the American Flag are to be fined $500 effective April 2009.  Need to rent an apartment?
