there is no security and most of the times tires of your car are slashed and and your windshiels are broken and the managemt will do nothing and just say we tell police to have more patrol. the management is very mean and rude Maintenance is very very poor when you call them maintenance is picky in taking care of your problem. you have to call several times if they come and fix your problem most of the time in winter there is no hot water for few days because of the old isfrustructures. parking is problem and they do not have enough space, they could tow your car for no reason. so many singles watching your window most of the time you prefer not to opent your curtains because of this. It is located in a busy area and there is so much noise if you look a quiet place do not choose morningside
