Apartment Review for Newport Village Apartments - Alexandria, VA

This is not a place to live when you are shelling 1300$ a month rent. The way they calculate the utility bill is shocking. They wave off the utility for the new customers and pass that on the previous customers. The policies of the company are very bad and the office staff is not so friendly. They dont try to give u a correct answer, just point u towards some stupid things that it is like that and if asked for an explanation they dont even respond
