Apartment Review for Orleans Village Apartments - Alexandria, VA

Do not come to Orleans Village!!!!!!!! As the lady stated before you will have roaches and not be able to get rid of them, plus you have to be on a two week waiting list to even get your apartment sprayed and that doesn't even work. Maintenance may respond to your request within a week, not 24hrs. I had maintance fix my towel rack in my bathroom and they left a huge hole in the wall and told me it was fixed. If there is a storm, you best beilieve you will not have power for the next 24 hrs. They say all utilities are included, but that is for only one year. After a year, your rent will go up about $135 and energy will no longer be included o your least.
