Apartment Review for Orleans Village Apartments - Alexandria, VA

The parking is terrible, people park over the lines of already way too narrow spaces. The neighbors are noisy without any respect for those living around them. You DO NOT have an air-conditioner, more of a swamp cooler that wont cool until they decide to turn it on. Hot water fluctuates because there is no hot water heater, it is a boiler shared by all units. On your anniversary the increase rent over $100 a month, and to make matters worse, if you dont give 60 days notice you are charged extra! Might look nice on the outside, but living here has been the WORST 365 days of my life. Do not say you were'nt warned!!!!!!
