Apartment Review for Palazzo At Park Center - Alexandria, VA

I have lived here (as an owner) for almost two years. The location is great, everyone will agree with that. Plus, I can walk to shops and restaurants in Shirlington. There are a few parks and bikepaths nearby. The landscaping always looks nice and amenities are great. I love my unit - balconies are big here. The Palazzo was built in 2000 so everything is pretty new, so I don't understand all of the negativity. The carpeting in our bedrooms need to be replaced (they're fraying) but aside from that, my only real complaint is the lack of parking during the day. After 7 pm North Hampton is fair game for visitors but middle of the day can be difficult. Overall, I love living here!
