Apartment Review for Park Center Apartments - Alexandria, VA

Live towards the from facing 395 and the noise is horrible. In addition referred an individual and was promised $500. Money was never received, however, when you owe them money they are very quick to sent you threats. Previous management was much easier to work with and the place was more suitable to tenants needs. Garage space not suitable and when it snows or rains your car gets soak...better off parking outside the building. But, parking outside is very limitted...all management cares about is the money and care less about it's tenants.
