Apartment Review for Parkwood Court Apartments - Alexandria, VA

I've visited family on this property and lived on this property for about a year and all that I can say is that if you're not related to the staff or the family members of the staff, are of cocasian decent, or are in a bi-racial relationship don't bother as they will try to run you out of town any chance they can get. It took some time even finding a vacancy in this complex as the staff claim that many katrina victims (in the form of their family members living there rent free) are occupying the units on the property. If by any unfortunate chance that you have to live in such a horrible property, be sure to have a legal adviser ready as they will flood you with fraudulant notarized letters regarding whatever dirt they can dig up on you that their spying family members and nonexistant maitenence crew members report.

The carpeting is horrible, the heat never worked until I threatened to call the housing authority about the issue. The staff must be paying the towing company under the table as they keep a "spotter" outside ready to tow your car before you can even get your key in the door whenever they secretly change the parking permits. The police must be getting paid off by the staff too as my neighbors have been dealing, growing, manufactoring, and selling illegal substances for years and have substantial hold on the property.
