The roaches here are terrible. They lie about the utilities. The rent may be cheaper than other places but its because of how they charge the utilities. They created their own utility company. The utilities here are 3 times more than any where else and that makes up for the cheaper rent. In fact, after paying the utilities compared to other places the rent is a lot more. I am one person and got a $300 bill and I wasn't even home 75% of the time nor had the heat on this winter. Now who can pay those type of bills mnthly. The other months were twice more than what my sister pays in her townhouse with three of them in it. And I only have a 1 bedroom.
