Pros: Great staff, nice exercise facility, W/D in apartment, decent mix of employed residents, best if you get a top unit (so you won't hear your neighbor walking around) Cons: Trash bin a long way from my apartment, $100 deposit for exercise room swipe card, small bathroom (OK for guys, but I imagine gals want more room around the sink)  Need to rent an apartment?
