Apartment Review for Sacramento Square Apartments - Alexandria, VA

I lived there for one year and new I would be moving after that. My rent went up even though I paid on time every month. Maitenance was slow to fix problems. The people who they rent to are trashy, leaving their trash outside their door because they were too lazy to take to the dumpster right down the stairs. Too many people living in one apartment, parties and noise. Someone threw up right on the stairs and maitenance never cleaned it up. Disgusting place. Then when I moved I did not get a walk through, so they stuck me with a bill to replace carpet because they said it was red stained throughout the apartment. Don't move there.
