Apartment Review for Seminary Hill Apartments - Alexandria, VA

The tot lot is less tehn 25 ft from the swimming pool, yes there is a fence around it but the gate is left opened. At anytime a child playing in the tot lot (supervised) can run to the pool and with the lifegaurds unable to speak English as well as busy eating and talking on the phone could cause a child to fall in the pool and drowned. I have aske about keeping the gate close and mangements response was "We do that so people will know we are opened for business." Whatever happened to posting the hours? How about moving the entrance from the tot lot side to facing the parking lot? Also manegment does not care about fixing problems with the apartments. I had to waite 3 days and 3 phone calls before matinace came to "fix" my air condtioning and then I was told that there was nothing wrong with it. It was blowing black smoke and finely just quit, took another phone call and I was told that of course they were going to fix it but they had to "order" the part. Never once did the maintance man say he had to order a part, just that there was nothing wrong with the air condinging.
