Apartment Review for Seminary Towers Apartments - Alexandria, VA

My biggest complaint is that the temperature is centrally regulated and controlled by building management. As residents, we pay for the heat, but not Air conditioning. Those human scum in the business office always have the heat on, even when its 75-85 degrees outside. As an earlier poster said, it is always 10-15 degrees WARMER inside the apartment. So if its 75 degrees outside, it will be 85-90 degrees in the apartment!!! Even though you can turn off the fan to your vents, the heat still emanates from the vents adding to the torture! Unless you are from a third world country, I would highly recommend going someplace else. On a final note, property management employees are mostly incompetent and dealing with them is like pulling teeth. Save yourself a lot of grief and sweat from burning up inside your own apartment!
