Apartment Review for The Alexandria - Alexandria, VA

Don't make the same mistake that we did! DO NOT rent an apartment from The Alexandria Apartments!! The management is rude and inconsiderate. The apartments have roaches and bugs. The apartment complex took four weeks to send out a person from pest control. The buildings are dirty and smell nasty. The apartment complex decided to change the location of all their guest parking without properly notifying residents and guests. The towing company towed away my guest;s car from the old guest parking area and forced him to pay $95 to get his car back. When I complained to the management of the apartment complex, they refused to give us the money back. These people are out to make money and do not care how inconveninced their residents are. Once you sign the lease, they treat you like crap. When I moved in, the carpets had so many urine stains it made me sick! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
