Apartment Review for The Pavillion On The Park - Alexandria, VA

The units are privately owned and most of the units are overprices. The maintenace sucks!!!! you have to call several times to get service and if the owner of the unit is unreachable then you have to suffer with yoour problem until whenever. The current manager is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and her attitude is terrible. Upon the end of my least I will be moving. The area is unsafe thee has been sexual assualts commited in the area. And worst of all you can have a parking permit provided by the management and your vechicle will still get towed. I even had a permit from the (so-call management) and return from vacation and my vechicle had been towed. Management was very uncooperative in assisting with this situation. and the parking lot smells of aniaml feces.
