This is a great place to live. Great amenities, security, location and ambience. One review said he had to pay for water, etc. All utilities are included in condo fee. There are assigned parking spaces if you wish, but there is more than ample unassigned parking. This is a FABULOUS place to live  Need to rent an apartment?
