The apartment is OLD. Things are keep breaking. Management okay. Each apt. has an assigned parking. Price is ridiculous and keep increasing every year. Have to pay for water, electric, trash and now property tax ... give me a break. Your apt is good but not that good.  Need to rent an apartment?
